This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in products supplied by HIPLOOSE Custom Clothier. This includes defects in zippers, stitching, dye bleeding, and most other defects that may occur under normal wear. HIPLOOSE Custom Clothier does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or acceptable advisable cleaning care.
This Warranty expires three (3) years from the date of purchase.
The HIPLOOSE Customer Experience Department will inspect the item at no charge to you. If the Warranty Department determines, in its sole discretion, that the item has a defect covered under this Warranty, we will repair or replace it within 60 days or less. If the defective item is not repairable and an identical product is not available, we will replace it with an item of comparable style at our discretion.
